Representative Dale Morgan is simply the best. Took 100% of the pressure and confusion of navigating the world of cellular in this new confusing country. I called him one day before my flight and everything was completely done before I boarded the plane. Can't do better than that. I've referred my daughter and son in law and just now finished setting up my business phone plan.

TCS is absolutely without parallel. Dealing with Hot has been an exercise in frustration, especially for this English speaker...Charges not understood, calls not answered and/or not returned... TCS puts these frustrations in the rear view mirror. My thanks to Dale.

TCS might not be that fancy or technologically advanced as big companies, but they are truly customer-oriented.
Switching (3 phones and home fiber internet) to TCS was a blessing for me after 4 years of prior “great” experience with customer “support” from 3 other biggest companies on Israeli market.

It never worked and we would have to go elsewhere often to get internet. I have the hold song embedded in my mind forever now. So I called TCS because they are for Olim with limited Hebrew skills and was impressed and relieved immediately. TCS Telecom, working with multiple providers has always been able to offer me the best solution wherever I am. If one provider does not work out, TCS easily switches me to another. No hassle, no need to call my other provider and make sure that they stop billing me like I asked. I don't need to wait on the line for Bezeq or Hot. When I have a problem, TCS takes care of it for me. It might cost a little more, but time is money. It is so nice to have one company to deal with for my mobile and home internet. Also, I have been with TCS Telecom for years and they never raised the price on me. I highly recommend TCS Telecom for anyone who wants to make their life easier.

I love the service of the internet is amazing but most of all the customer service is amazing if i have a prob they are ready and there to help me fix it and they speak english which is so much easier for me.

Great service. They are careful to check back in with clients, and are not afraid to ask if everything is as it should be. Compare that to any telcom provider in Israel. Good luck even getting them to answer the phone or calling back to close the loop. Not with TCS. Complete follow through. A breath of fresh air in this stuffy market!

Carriers are carriers and geography may play a role in choosing a carrier, but what always counts is the service from the organization.  TCS, who is a discount reseller, is a real anomaly.  They offer better service and that extends to taking care of whatever you need in telecommunications for a normal household.  Add to that the simple fact filled statements and invoicing which are in English.  Not machine translated English but English crafted by individuals who actually read, write and speak the language.  You will do yourself a favor if you use their services.

I run a video based website KosherTube on YouTube (14,000+ videos on site) and Koshertube.com it is very demanding because video files are not small. Speed and dependability are critical to my workday. Being halfway through an upload and suffering a crash can set me back half a day. Since switching to TCS both speed and uptime have been excellent, as good or better than anything I experienced in North America. Also TCS helped me switch from my previous carrier. Their service, in English has be courteous and knowledgeable. I have comfortably recommended TCS to friends and colleagues and enjoyed their thank you. So THANK YOU TCS!

I've been really happy with the service.  I manage in Hebrew in person well enough but on the phone with CSR's for example is difficult and I haven't learned to navigate the phone menus that aren't in English.  Ten days after I moved to Haifa as a divorced woman, my ex-husband passed away suddenly. We were friendly and he was very good with handling the bureaucracy and was helping me. So anything that makes it easier for me to cope during this time helps.I only have one frustration and I don't understand the problem. I don't understand why I cannot call cell phones in Italy. This has been a problem because I am planning a trip. I don't know if it will be a problem in the future but it may be. My experience there is very few people have landlines.

I’ve been a customer of TCS for years, but just for overseas calls. No other services needed. It’s been reliable and very inexpensive (I make very few overseas calls). For me, they fit the bill.

TCS gives me unlimited calling to North America and a virtual US number so that I can easily receive calls from friends abroad. If I have technical problems with calling into phone meetings that are based in the US, they are available by phone and email to resolve the problems and enable me to call through.

We were so frustrated, not onl with spotty service from our old provider but also terrible customer service and bills we could not read (and in one case, could not access!) We heard about TCS and I called to check them out. We decided to give them a try. We are VERY happy with the switch.
